With 14 meeting rooms, three ballrooms and two boardrooms, our indoor function options are limited only by your imagination. Our largest function room, the Atlantis Ballroom, can accommodate up to 2,000 guests but can also be subdivided easily to create the perfect space for your event.

Although part of the iconic Atlantis complex, our Conference Centre is set away from the main resort lobby. With its own dedicated Porte Cochere and private lobby, delegates will be free to enjoy your event without the distraction of other hotel guests. Each ballroom has been carefully designed to be completely separate from the other ballrooms to ensure that your good time is not affected by someone else's.

Those planning a smaller, more intimate event can enjoy a subdivided ballroom; or for something truly out of this world, how about the Royal Bridge Suite for just 20 people?

We have chefs from over 50 countries and this vastly experienced international culinary team is capable of catering for tens of thousands of people at a time. A prime example is our New Year's Eve celebrations, where the combined guest lists for our Gala Dinner, Sandance beach event and 20 restaurants topped 20,000 people.

The flagship venue for large events in Atlantis is our specially constructed marquee, Asateer. Set by the ocean with dazzling, uninterrupted views of Dubai’s ever changing skyline, this well appointed venue is a stylish take on a golden era of traditional Arabian hospitality.

With seating for up to 2,500 people, Asateer is the perfect location for Ramadan celebrations, weddings, fashion shows, gala dinners and large staged events.
