Every event that we work on is always completely unique and different – some of our clients have a very hands-on approach, whilst others prefer us to handle everything on their behalf. As such, we don’t really like to promote set “packages”, and instead work with each client to create a bespoke quote based on what you actually need vs. an existing package.

We will accompany you on appointments relating to food & design so that we can best represent you on the day of the wedding. This ensures you can be at ease while getting ready, relaxing & enjoying your wedding day.
We will set up final walk-throughs on the property to determine the flow of your event and finesse final details.
Once a color theme has been established we help you style your event from start to finish.
We design a mock table tops with linens, rentals and florals. Then create inspiration boards to help you and your vendors visualize your theme and design.
When it comes to florals, we help you in choosing your florist based on your color, budget and design.
We provide a detailed itinerary so all vendors and suppliers are clear of their roles and timings together with a detailed budget updated regularly.
THE BIG DAY
We arrive 3-4 hours prior to the ceremony to check the final set up and direct final details.
We will arrange seating for both the ceremony and reception, including place cards if required.
We perform a sound check for the officiant and ceremony musicians. Then go over the final details with the musicians to determine who to cue.
Check in with the bride and bridesmaids to make sure they are running on time with hair and make-up.
We liaise the photographer and videographer as the ceremony is about to begin.
Organise the wedding party and family for the flow of the processional.
Invite and direct the guests to the cocktail reception.
Greet and go over details with the band leader or DJ.
Assist the catering staff with final details of the dining tables, making sure all is ready and set.
Set out all name and seating cards, favors and other details in pre-determined places.
