Start Life Together at Caesars Forum

Sure to cause the biggest stir, those exchanging vows at Caesars Forum are in for an exceptional day – starting with guests pulling up to the private entrance framed by the towering glass and metal forecourt. Named after the epicentre of the Roman court where triumphal processions amazed the crowds for centuries, this modern interpretation brings contemporary design to that ancient sense of occasion.

Boasting floor to ceiling windows, bathing the wedding party in natural light and accommodating up to 900 guests reception style or 480 guests banquet-style, the Forum Ballroom is a masterpiece of modern architecture. Designed to offer happy couples total flexibility, the interior’s neutral palette, state-of-the-art audiovisual technology and menu of endless branding and décor possibilities, meaning that no two weddings at Caesars Forum are the same. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated Garden Terrace, where the wedding ceremony can be arranged alfresco overlooking the spectacular JBR skyline but also the perfect spot to get some air after that first dance or to cool the nerves before the best man’s speech.

The Roman – AED 330* per guest

The Roman Package includes a one-night stay for the happy couple in an Ocean Deluxe Room at Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai including breakfast, in-room dinner after the ceremony, a bottle of sparkling grape or date juice with chocolate-covered strawberries, embroidered ‘his & hers’ bathrobes and early check-in and late checkout. For the event itself, there’s a menu tasting for up to four people, choice of table settings, three-tier wedding cake, hair and make up for the bridal party, three-course set menu or International buffet and two soft drinks for AED 330* per guest. Also for the summer months, the package includes 10 complimentary guests for every 100 guests, complimentary drop-down screens and projectors, complimentary sound-system and complimentary valet parking.

The Cleopatra – AED 400* per guest

The Cleopatra Package includes a one-night stay for the happy couple in an Ocean King Suite at Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai including breakfast and honeymoon set up, in-room dinner after the ceremony, a bottle of sparkling grape or date juice with chocolate-covered strawberries, embroidered ‘his & hers’ bathrobes and early check-in and late check out. For the event, there’s a menu tasting for up to four people, choice of table settings, four-tier wedding cake, hair and make up for the bridal party, four-course set menu or International buffet plus one live station and three hours of unlimited soft drinks for AED 400* per guest. The Caesars Package includes a one-night stay for the happy couple in a Premium Ocean King Suite or two-night stay at an Ocean Deluxe Room at Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai including breakfast, in-room dinner after the ceremony, a bottle of sparkling grape or date juice with chocolate-covered strawberries, embroidered ‘his & hers’ bathrobes, 90-minute Senses of Collection massage at Qua Spa and early check-in and late check out. For the event itself, the package includes a menu tasting for up to four people, choice of table settings, five-tier wedding cake, hair and make up for the bridal party, reception with canapés, four-course set menu or International buffet plus two live stations and unlimited soft drinks for AED 480* per guest. Also simply for the summer months, the package includes 10 complimentary guests for every 100 guests, complimentary drop-down screens and projectors, complimentary sound-system, complimentary limousine pickup and drop-off within Dubai and complimentary valet parking.

Cleo’s Ceremony – AED 280* per guest

Designed for between 50 and 150 guests, the Cleo’s Ceremony Package includes two hours hire of Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai’s private beach or Cinema Terrace at Caesars Forum, state-of-the-art portable sound system, canapé menu with three hot and three cold options for one hour, unlimited non-alcoholic beverages and live cooking stations at a supplementary cost. This package costs AED 280* per guest with a minimum spend of AED 14,000.

Caesars’ Ceremony – AED 380* per guest

Designed for between 50 and 150 guests, the Caesars’ Ceremony Package includes two hours hire of Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai’s private beach or Cinema Terrace at Caesars Forum, state-of-the-art portable sound system, canapé menu with three hot and three cold options for one hour, unlimited non-alcoholic beverages and Prosecco and live cooking stations at a supplementary cost. This package costs AED 380* per guest with a minimum spend of AED 19,000.
